Daewon and Jereme taking in some of the night life in Ottawa before the departure to Montreal. Daewon arrived on the scene last night. We wasted no time this morning and beat the theme of the last two tours which would be rain right when we have time to go skate and check out spots. We ended up in the foothills out side of Ottawa on some amazing rock formations. Got to enjoy the out doors and see some insane skating out in the wild. The stuff that keeps people going when looking for spots.

McNabb demo in Ottawa was a banger! We had a full house of spectators, and the skating was on point. Jeron, Mcdee (blown out shoulder), Jereme, Torey, Wherry, Milligan all put it down for a solid crowd of 500 + kids.
Some of the highlight were, Jereme and his tech wizardry on the box and flat bar, Torey's back tail big flip out on the up ledge 3 times in a row, Jeron with a buttery fakie big to back tail, Russ holding down with long nose grinds across the box, and Mcdee holding on to some manny tricks with a bummed wing.
Eric from Top of the World was on point and has taken great care of us here, as well Mimi and the staff at McNabb skatepark.
Thanks to all the kids that patiently waited in line for autographs and being respectful to all the riders.
We picked up Daewon last night from the airport after the demo was over and now we are off to peep a couple spots before we head on to Montreal.

I woke up at 6 Am this morning to pick up Jereme at the airport. Thankfully he was there and I was back in bed by 8.
We powered down a long 5 hour drive this afternoon from Toronto to Canada's capital Ottawa.

Thanks to all the kids that made it over to the West 49 store in the mall this afternoon. We dodged the rain and headed indoors, not to the liking of some parents that waited patiently in the rain at the park. The boys signed some posters, an gave out some free T's. As the humid air dried the park we showed up to some gloomy clouds. Five minutes into rolling around , the rain was back. We are out.
Looking at the weather , it looks like better days ahead.

Rain, rain go away, the demo got cancelled today. We are going to head over to West 49 and not waste the whole day.
The DVS crew is going to head over to West 49 in Markville, try to make the best of this wet day , so come by grab a free T and say "what's up?".

Last night the crew converged upon the city known as Toronto. We will be embarking on a 10 day excursion thru the East of Canada on the Eh to Z tour.
Daewon will be meeting us up a little later than planned but considering his insanely bad luck, having him here on Tuesday will be more than satisfying.
Jereme will be meeting up with us earlier than expected just in time for the demo at the Markham park on Sunday. come join us!

The other half of the good news is..... Guru's interview in the new issue of Slap mag! Guru is a sound dude, and a solid skater to go along with it. If you are not in the know go ahead and peak inside the August issue of Slap. Nice work Guru!

On the other side of good news is........ the bad news. Last night in a shitty neighborhood someone broke into Daewons truck and stole some valuables. Along with that stuff was his driver license and his passport. The awesome part about this is, we are leaving for Canada tomorrow and a passport is required. Thanks to the little fuckers that stole Daewon's stuff, now he is runnning around trying to get things straightened out to get up to Canada.
So all you folks in Canada, if you dont see Daewon the first weekend in Toronto, it is because of greedy little shits that rip stuff off that they have no use for. Thanks for nothing. We will let Karma sort out your punishment.
